Peter is an anthropologist by training and has a lot of international experience with (local) governments and project management. He heads the Customer Success Team and Knowledge Centre. In other words, Peter ensures that our customers are optimally supported.

Jonas has a doctorate in communication sciences. During his PhD at Ghent University, he studied how digital neighbourhood networks play a role in the social fabric of neighbourhoods. Before starting his PhD, Jonas was active as a researcher at the VUB, where he conducted user research into innovative audiovisual applications in domestic and professional contexts. At Hoplr he uses his experience and academic skills to, among other things, guide partners through their participation projects.

Claire is a lawyer by training. With 16 years of experience in intellectual property, including 11 years at an international legal database, she has gained extensive knowledge in the operational sector. As a member of the Customer Success Team, Claire ensures that clients working with the Community Concierge follow a successful journey.

As an experienced community manager and translator, Tabitha specializes in building bridges between users and product teams. With over 10 years of experience in community management and moderation for leading social networks and apps, she understands the importance of fostering a strong connection between the community and the platform. She acts as a liaison, translating user needs and feedback into actionable improvements. As a moderator, she plays a crucial role in maintaining a pleasant and respectful atmosphere within neighborhoods.

Her passion lies in creating an inclusive and thriving online community where users feel heard and valued. With her expertise and dedication, she is committed to prioritizing the user experience at Hoplr.

Wouter is a social-cultural worker and gerontologist by training. He has managed a local service center and coordinated volunteer work within local governments. Wouter works closely with our clients to explore how they can harness the full potential of their communities, focusing on themes such as the socialization of care and healthy aging in one's own neighborhood.
