Peter is an anthropologist by training and has a lot of international experience with (local) governments and project management. He heads the Customer Success Team and Knowledge Centre. In other words, Peter ensures that our customers are optimally supported.

Jonas has a doctorate in communication sciences. During his PhD at Ghent University, he studied how digital neighbourhood networks play a role in the social fabric of neighbourhoods. Before starting his PhD, Jonas was active as a researcher at the VUB, where he conducted user research into innovative audiovisual applications in domestic and professional contexts. At Hoplr he uses his experience and academic skills to, among other things, guide partners through their participation projects.

Luc is a seasoned community builder, with his work for the Vicinia knowledge centre as his most striking experience. As director, he focused on a variety of neighbourhood issues every day and therefore has a great deal of knowledge about online and offline citizen participation.

Luc can be engaged as an independent expert for neighbourhood building, with Hoplr's digital neighbourhood network at his disposal.
