    At the kickoff, we discuss your goals, local context and approach. We agree on who will be involved and how to prepare the launch.

  2. Map your neighbourhoods

    Hoplr draws the neighbourhood boundaries. Your local knowledge helps us align them with your municipality and everyday neighbourhood life.

  3. Prepare the launch

    We draft the letters and supply marketing materials. You develop the communication plan. Together, we align the content and communication schedule.

  4. Get your team ready

    We familiarise your team with the dashboard and how to use Hoplr, so you can get started with your first posts and neighbourhood communication.

  5. Invite residents and build from there

    The neighbourhood network launches and residents are invited according to your communication plan. Afterwards, we follow up and help you develop its use further.

What to know before you start.

How long does setup take?

The usual schedule is twelve weeks, or around three months. An accelerated launch in six to eight weeks is possible. We discuss which schedule suits your municipality.

What does our municipality need to do?

You create the communication plan and contribute local knowledge. Hoplr handles around 80% of the setup work, including the kickoff, mapping neighbourhoods, letters and marketing materials.

Is there an extra setup fee?

No. Setup is included as standard with Hoplr. During a demo, we discuss the right plan and launch process for your municipality.
