When should we upgrade to Premium?

What’s the difference between automatic emails and newsletters?
Automatic emails in Essential keep residents informed about what’s happening in their neighbourhood. With Premium, your team creates residents’ letters, long-form articles and newsletters, and can also reach your own email lists or specific audiences.
Does this change our existing agreement?
